Softloom Homes is committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please read the information below to understand how our shipping and delivery works.
1. Service Areas
We currently deliver to most pin codes across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.
If your location is not serviceable, our team will inform you after you place your order and help with alternatives where possible.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–5 working days after confirmation and successful payment, unless mentioned otherwise (for example, made‑to‑order products).
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines depend on your pin code and courier partner.

Metro and major cities: generally 5–10 working days after dispatch.

Other locations: delivery may take 7–14 working days after dispatch.
Delays can occur due to festivals, strikes, bad weather, or logistics issues which are beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout based on your location, order value and product size/weight.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or cart values.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link or AWB number via SMS/Email/WhatsApp (as available).
You can use this link to track the live status of your shipment on the courier’s website.
6. Delivery Attempts
The courier partner will usually attempt delivery 2–3 times at your address.
If you are not available or the address/information is incomplete, the shipment may be returned to us. In such cases, re‑shipping may attract additional charges.
7. Receiving Your Order
At the time of delivery:
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the given address.
Check the outer packaging for any visible damage before signing or accepting delivery.
If you notice major damage to the packaging, you may refuse to accept the parcel and immediately contact us with photos.
8. Damaged or Wrong Product on Delivery
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product:
Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share your order ID, brief description and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
Our team will review the case and assist you as per our Return & Refund Policy (repair, replacement, exchange or refund, as applicable).
