Softloom Homes offers convenient No Cost EMI options on selected products and orders so that you can upgrade your home in easy monthly instalments without extra interest charges.

1. What is No Cost EMI?

No Cost EMI allows you to convert your purchase amount into EMIs where the effective interest cost is borne by Softloom Homes or the payment partner, so you pay almost the same as the product price in easy instalments. Availability and exact terms depend on our bank/finance partners and will be shown at checkout.

2. Eligibility and Minimum Order Value

No Cost EMI is available only on eligible products and for orders above a certain minimum value as displayed on the product page or at checkout. Eligibility is decided by the bank/EMI provider based on their own criteria such as card type, credit limit and customer history.

3. Supported Banks and Tenures

The banks, cards and EMI tenures (for example, 3, 6, 9, 12 months) available for No Cost EMI are shown on the payment page when you place the order. These options are provided by the respective banks or finance partners and may change from time to time.

4. Interest, Processing Fees and GST

In a No Cost EMI offer, the base product price, discounts and interest/subvention are structured between Softloom Homes and the bank so that your effective monthly instalment matches the displayed No Cost EMI plan. Any processing fee, GST on interest or additional bank charges, if applicable, are controlled by your bank/EMI provider and will be visible in their terms.

5. Refunds, Cancellations and EMI Closure

If an order placed on No Cost EMI is cancelled or refunded (fully or partially), the treatment of EMI (closure, interest reversal, charges) will follow your bank/EMI provider’s policy. Softloom Homes will process the eligible refund amount to the same payment source; further adjustments to the loan/EMI are handled by the bank.

6. Default or Non‑Payment

In case of delay or non‑payment of EMIs, any penalty, late fee or interest will be charged by your bank or finance provider as per their terms. Softloom Homes is not responsible for collection or penalty charges related to your EMI plan.
