This product comes with 36 months warranty period, which covers manufacturing/workmanship defects issues that occur during the warranty period. The warranty applies to furniture used under normal household conditions.

This limited warranty does not apply to the following:

Normal wear and tear of the product over prolonged use
Small cuts, scratches or damages due to wrong cleaning methods or impacts/accidents
Damage caused due to incorrect installation/assembly by the customer
Products that have been stored, assembled, or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products. (eg, upholstery furniture will lighten over time if it's exposed to direct sunlight)
Cracks developed due to the displacement of the product
Decaying of wood due to consistent exposure to water
In response to seasonal climate variations, solid wood will contract and expand throughout the life of the product, and it does not cover under the warranty section (for solid wood furniture).
Joint lines, wood grains, or other issues related to the natural characteristics of wood are not defects and are not covered under warranty. In addition, any claim for seasonal splits or joints opening is limited to the warranty period from the time of purchase (for solid wood furniture).
Upholstery fabrics such as seat covers have no warranty. For upholstery products, the warranty applies to the frame, and mechanisms, if any.
Non-standard dry-cleaning procedures or the use of harsh chemicals.
As per industry standards, unevenness of up to 5 mm is accepted widely due to differences in floor and surface levels. This is not covered in the warranty

Dust the furniture regularly.
Wipe the wooden surface with a clean microfiber cloth damped in a wood-friendly cleanser. Immediately wipe the moisture with a dry, soft, and lint-free cloth.In case of a spill, blot the stain with a clean, dry cloth in a gentle manner. Please make sure you do not use coarse material or rub the spot briskly.
Use mats and coasters before keeping any hot or cold items on the wooden surface.
Ensure that the furniture does not have any exposure to moisture and water.
Protect the material from direct sunlight and heat to maintain its original quality.
Keep sharp objects away from your furniture to avoid cuts and scratches.
Avoid chemical and alcohol contact with the furniture as it might harm the natural finish and durability of the product.

Please note: Do not drag the furniture to relocate it, as this might weaken the joints. Instead, lift the wooden furniture if you want to move it.

A customer can cancel the order either within 24 hours or before the item is shipped, whichever is earlier.

In case of order cancellation, a Payment Gateway fee of 2.25% will be deducted.
